Eck Real Estate Service, Inc. (ERES)

Eck Real Estate Services is a property management company located in Lawrence Kansas offering comprehensive management services for investment real estate including apartments, houses, townhouses, duplexes, downtown lofts and condominiums.  We strive to provide a high level of service and value to our tenants and clients.  Our philosophy has been to nurture long-term relationships with conscientious clients, quality properties, and satisfied tenants. 

In addition to our management services, we can offer sales assistance for buying or selling investment properties and personal residences. 

Leasing Policies: 

The majority of properties we manage are available with a lease term beginning early August and ending late July.  Unless otherwise noted, we collect an application fee from each applicant to help defray the cost of the required credit check and background screening.  Application forms with specific terms are available for downloading. For more information about the application and leasing process visit our ERES Tenant Guide or contact our office.

Maintenance:   

ERES contracts with maintenance services providing 24-hour emergency contacts.  

Office Hours: 

Our office is generally open from 9:00-5:00 p.m. However, we are often out of the office at properties.  Please call ahead for an appointment. There is a drop box at the front of our office for document and payment deliveries when the office is closed.
